Investing in future athletes.

Are you ready to empower the next generation of athletes? At Matus Training, we believe that every child has the potential to excel in soccer. Soccer is not just a game; it's a pathway to building confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills to serve them both on and off the field.

Our mission is to provide high-quality coaching that supports youth players of all skill levels — from those just starting out to advanced athletes preparing for higher-level competition.

We believe every player deserves the opportunity to grow in a supportive, challenging, and fun environment. Our program focuses on building strong technical skills, game awareness, and confidence — while also teaching valuable life lessons such as teamwork, resilience, and leadership.

We tailor our training to meet players where they are, helping them reach personal goals whether that's improving fitness, making a school team, earning a college opportunity, or simply enjoying the game.

Above all, we aim to instill a lifelong love for soccer, creating a positive experience that helps young athletes thrive both on and off the field.

  • Soccer has shaped who I am. From playing on the varsity team at Egg Harbor Township High School to competing at Stockton University, the game has always been more than just a sport to me—it’s been a space for growth, connection, and purpose.

I started coaching over 10 years ago, and throughout that time, I’ve had the chance to work with players of all ages and skill levels. What always stood out to me was how much young players benefit from individualized attention and mentorship—something that often gets lost in the team setting.

Matus Training was created out of a simple belief: that every player deserves the opportunity to grow with confidence, to be challenged with intention, and to be coached in a way that sees them not just as athletes, but as people. My goal has never been to build just another training program—but to create a space where players can truly develop, feel seen, and fall in love with the process.

I'm incredibly grateful for every player and family who has trusted me to be part of their journey. My hope is to continue building a training environment that not only develops great players—but great people.
